My Experience Coaching

I have over 20 years of experience in supporting people in changes in the context of business transformations, lean-agile and cultural transformation as well as leadership development. I have supported the changes of organizations as a manager, coach and consultant, from the design of a new organizational structure, through the implementation and support of people in the change to the subsequent adaptation of HR processes, e.g. performance management. In my experience, the decisive factors for the success of the transformations were rarely the frameworks, processes or methods used and always the people. One key difference between successful leaders and teams is resilience, which has become even more important in an environment that is changing increasingly quickly.

 

As a team and sports coach, I have been able to support many business and sports teams on their way to becoming a high-performance team, from team building to finishing the season on the podium, and I love creating something bigger from a group of individuals. I find it particularly exciting to use the lessons learned from sports, such as making quick decisions on the field, organizing yourself or taking on leadership in certain situations, for business teams and vice versa. In both sports and business, for example, strong relationships in a team that can withstand conflict and enjoy what they are doing are crucial factors for long-term success.

 

I'm particularly passionate about empowering leaders. I help them to live by values and principles and to create environments in which people can find meaning, be authentic, learn continuously and act autonomously. This is the only way we can all be the best version of ourselves - at work, in sport and in our private lives.

 

As a coach, I use various workshop formats and coaching approaches that best support you as an individual or team in your individual situation. These can be, for example: Secure Based Leadership Approach, Systemic Coaching, Working with Opposites, Clean Language Coaching (using metaphors), Mindfulness or Breathwork. And again, it is not the method that counts, but the focus on the person/team that is crucial.
